Events and activites provided by Carers Card UK in the local community
At CarersCardUk we focus on recognising, supporting and rewarding carers for the incredible work they do. However, in order to help do this it’s vital that we create and nurture a community of carers. Building a strong community of carers is vital for emotional support, shared knowledge, resource accessibility, and collective advocacy. It fosters a resilient network where caregivers can exchange experiences, enhance skills, and work together to address challenges, ultimately creating a more compassionate and informed caregiving environment. Now and again we like to tell people, not only about what were doing in the community, but also the good work our carers do in our amazing community too.
In our latest "In the community" feature Russ, co-founder of Carers Card UK, was invited to speak to Rob Dunger at Suffolk Radio about who we are and how we're trying to help carers. Listen to the interview.
