I have not received my card yet

It can take up to 14 days for your card to arrive in the post.

If it has been over 14 days and you still have not received your card then you will need to login to your account.

You will be presented with our 'Activate your card' stage. At the bottom of this page is an option titled 'I've not received my card'. Follow the steps to have a new card posted out.
