Details on my card are incorrect, what do I do?


If the details on your card are incorrect (i.e. name, date of birth or emergency contact details) then you will need to log in to your account and follow these steps:

1. Visit 'Menu'
2. Visit 'My profile'
3. Visit 'My account'
4. Select the relevant 'Update' option and follow the instructions


After you have made your changes then we can get your new card out to you.
