How do I activate my account?

You need to wait for your physical carers card to arrive in the post. Once received please log in to your account with your email address and password. You will then be asked to enter your carers card ID Number. This is found on the front of your card.

If you experience any issues when trying to loging please use the Forgotten password option on the login page.
