Card creation made easy


Option 1

Carers apply directly

Your carers can apply for their carer ID card directly via your co-branded carers ID Card platform*.

They will be asked to provide their details, a passport-style photo and some information about the person they are caring for. Finally, they will need to upload a photo or document proving that they are a carer.

Once the carer has applied you will receive a notification. You can then vet their application via your 'Dashboard'. Once approved they will have immediate access to their digital ID card while their physical ID card will be posted out to them within 24hrs.

Option 2

Organisation registers carers

If you do not wish for your carers to apply for your carer ID card directly then you can register them yourself through your 'Dashboard'.

You can register a carer by completing an online form. If you wish to register multiple carers then you can do so by uploading an excel file.

Your carers will receive a welcome email and have access to their digital card immediately. They will receive their physical card within 3 days.
